The AthleteInMe.com® Exercise Calorie Converter is an innovative tool that converts the calories in foods and beverages into minutes of exercise. Use this tool to help with weight-loss, and, hopefully, make healthier menu choices.
HOW IT WORKS:
After first tapping the "Menus" button, tap the "Enter Weight" button and enter your weight, in either pounds or kilograms. Then, tap the "Select Foods" button to begin choosing specific food items. After you have made your selections, tap the "Calculate" button. If you cant find a specific food or beverage, but know the calories, you can use the "Quick Entry" feature!
The AthleteInMe.com® Exercise Calorie Converter turns those calories into minutes of exercise and displays the results in terms of walking, jogging, swimming, and biking, specific for your body weight.
In many cases, you might be surprised at how long you have to exercise to burn off the calories in some of your favorite foods. But, thats the point: do you really need a large order of fries, or, whipped cream on top of your latte? Remember: If you can achieve a calorie deficit of 500 cal per day, you will lose 1 lb. per week.
